So, recently alot has happened in my life (and at my church) to teach me about discipleship and what it is… also what it isnt. I submit for your consideration this picture:

These are the local “evangelicals” protesting in front of the Planned Parenthood building in my neighborhood.

Let me say a few things first before I go off on my rant:

• I strongly believe that all forms of abortion are wrong
• I strongly believe that prayer DOES change things

I have to ask though.

These people advocate adoption, how many of them actually adopt these babies? How many have relationships with the moms? How many of them actively seek to disciple those considering an abortion?

I think that praying and demonstrating is a great thing… but thats like talk radio. It only goes so far and at some point there needs to be a point where the actual action starts.

I’m done. I could go on for a while on this.
